As a service provider and as a friend, I cannot rate Tracey too highly. Over the years since I first sought her assistance in killing an unwelcome virus, she has thrice set me up with a new PC and come to my aid when repair or replacement of a recalcitrant part was called for, invariably as promptly as her busy work schedule would allow. Her prices are eminently reasonable and her service always spiced with a refreshing blend of courtesy, bonhomie and efficiency. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the services of PCTech to anyone for whom the computer is either a vital business necessity or a useful aid to modern living.

We have had a long-standing business relationship with PC Tech. I have only used and will only use Tracey. I trust and have all my faith in her. I'd like to thank PC Tech for all your EXCELLENT work. Hopefully the Jbay community will use PC TECH... you will not be sorry.

ABOUT US

PCTECH started in 1999. PCTECH filled a gap in the market, offering on-site repairs (as far as possible) at an affordable cost. Over time the business has grown from the study, through a wendy house, to a custom-built workshop. 

As the first A+ certified technician in Jeffreys Bay I realised that there was a need for an honest, qualified technician who was prepared to help people in their own homes. I made it my mission to do the best job I could for the best price. My after sales service is second to none and I will always go the extra mile for loyal customers.

Other than the usual sales, repairs and custom built systems, I offer monthly service contracts (backups and maintenance including updates) and I will work after hours by prior arrangement for those businesses who cannot afford downtime during business hours. I do not work on printers or monitors.

I work alone - that way you get personal service - every time. Unfortunately it does mean that I am limited in the number of jobs I can accept. Please always make an appointment to see me as I am often out on site and the workshop unmanned.
